New Delhi: The Madras High Court has banned online sales of medicines asking the Government to present rules related to online sale of medicines by January 2019. The bench of Justice Pushpa Satyanarayan has given this ruling on a writ petition issued by the Tamil Nadu Chemist and Druggist Association.
