JEE Main 2019: January session sees increase in number of girl aspirants

In spite of a decrease in the total number of candidates appearing for the IIT joint entrance exam (JEE) for the January session of JEE-Mains, the percentage of enrolment of female aspirants has increased to 29%. Close to 9.65 lakh students have registered for the exam.
