Hyderabad: Indian economy is based on agriculture where more than fifteen crore families depend solely on farming. Hence, it is imperative for any Budget to have focus on agriculture and allied sectors. Even in the Interim Budget 2019-20, the Union Finance Minister Piyush Goyal did the same.
