President to attend special function of Utkal University

President Ram Nath Kovind will attend a special function of the Utkal University on December 8 to mark the institution’s Platinum Jubilee celebration. Higher education minister Arun Kumar Sahoo announced this at the Alumni Meet of the university held on Sunday.
